Dealcoholization Nano Flavor® für brewery Jopen in Haarlem, Netherlands

For many years, the technology of banke GmbH has already accompanied the processes of the Jopen brewery from Haarlem in the Netherlands. After our new technology for dealcoholization by means of nanofiltration entered the test phase, we were able to inspire Jopen for trials.

First, several kegs of their beers were dealcoholized in our in-house pilot plant. After these achieved the necessary analytical as well as sensory values, the brewery decided to install a Nano Flavor® in Haarlem.

At the beginning of February they were able to pick up their plant, which has already been put into operation. Our tip: Be sure to try their NA beers! We are thrilled!
